December and Christmas Deliveries and Dispatch

Please allow extra time for all deliveries in the run up to Christmas.

You will receive an email when your item is dispatched but please be aware that all couriers and postal services will be experiencing higher numbers of packages than usual and there may be delays in receiving your items so please bear this in mind before chasing your order.
Additionally, over the Christmas period and especially in times of adverse weather, from experience we know that many parcels do not even get delivery attempted by Royal Mail so we always recommend calling into your local Sorting Office, ensuring that they do not hold any packages for you, before contacting us.

Don't let them tell you that you'll always have been carded. This is not true!

Christmas and New Year Dispatch

There will be no dispatch over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
This will affect all warehouse dispatch as well as most suppliers, who will also be on shutdown over Christmas.

There will be NO dispatch after Wednesday 21st December.
Dispatch will resume on Tuesday 3rd January 2012

If you have any queries about whether your order will be received in time for Christmas, please enquire with us, by email, as soon as possible (preferably before placing your order) as, for most made-to-order items, it will now be too late.
