Jesters Trick Bits Postage, packing and delivery charges and information

Information regarding dispatch of Christmas period order.

As previously notified, Jesters Trick Bits was closed for dispatch between 11th December and 11th January.

All orders are now being processed however any orders for made-to-order items (generally, those quoting between 14 and 28 days) will be subject to delays due to all suppliers and manufacturers being closed during the Christmas and New Year fortnight.

This means that, while your order will have been forwarded promptly during the holiday period, manufacturers will be dealing with them on a "first come, first served" basis from their return after New Year.

We shall get all orders dispatched as soon as we receive items from our suppliers.

Delivery Timescales
It is important that you are aware that 90% of items that we sell at Jesters Trick Bits are MADE TO ORDER.

Please allow 28 DAYS for delivery of ALL orders, unless otherwise stated.

If your order consists of several items with different displayed delivery timescales, we will usually wait until we have your entire order together before shipping.
If this is a problem, please ensure that you order any urgent items, that display a shorter delivery time, separately so we can deal with them as separate orders.

Overseas orders may be sent by Parcelforce International Standard which can take an additional 7-10 working days from date of dispatch.

Delivery Charges
For reasons of security, delivery is to the CARDHOLDERS REGISTERED ADDRESS only

Please note that import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Jesters Trick Bits will NOT be responsible for any taxes you may need to pay on receipt of goods in your country.

We aim to keep our delivery charges simple.
For UK customers, we have a 2 tier rate of packing, handling and delivery.
For large or heavy items, we use courier delivery service
All fairings, plastics, headlights, exhausts, chain kits, locks and screens are shipped using this service and will cost £9.95 for delivery to your door.(including VAT)
Non-mainland UK delivery areas may have a higher charge of £14.95 or £19.95, depending on the size/weight of your total order
Please note that all courier delivered packages require a signature on delivery
For all smaller, lighter items, we use Royal Mail.
This includes tail tidies, tail lights, indicator kits, seat pads, extenda fenders and more.
The standard charge for these items is £2.95 (including VAT)
Please be advised that our overall shipping costs are calculated by weight and so larger orders, made up of a number of lighter items, may be charged at our courier rate

In stock items are shipped immediately, however, as much of our catalogue consists of items which are made to order, please allow up to 28 days for dispatch ON ALL ORDERS

Overseas delivery charges are calculated by weight and will be displayed in your shopping cart.
All EC customers orders and shipping charges are subject to VAT at the current rate/b>
Please note that, due to carrier restrictions, there are order limits on overseas orders. If you need to place a larger order than our website allows, please contact us directly to do so.
